About Us
Travel Automation Management Company was established in
1989 in Ann Arbor, Michigan USA.
Our
first products were designed for travel agencies and were primarily focused
on generic work flow management.
Over
the years we have expanded our product offering to include both generic and
custom workflow management.
The
primary benefit we focused on was quality of data arriving in back office
systems. While this focus has not been lost, agent productivity and
performance management have emerged as front line deliverables for our
custom POS applications.
As
our client base grew, we began working with wholesalers who had the need
for greater efficiency of reservation and fulfillment processing. This lead
to our first forays into data processing.
Today
our client list includes some of the worlds largest TMC’s, leisure
travel agencies, wholesalers and content providers.
